Dr. Nate Chertok, DDS, MS

Dr. Nate Chertok is a prosthodontist who specializes in complex rehabilitative care, restoring both how a smile functions and how it looks. Because this level of treatment often calls for a multidisciplinary approach, he values working closely with colleagues across dental specialties so every patient receives truly comprehensive care. He’s drawn to the functional and esthetic challenges of prosthodontics and is committed to delivering that care with an ethical, personal touch. Dr. Chertok earned his Bachelor of Science with honors in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He then completed his Master of Health Sciences, Doctorate of Dental Surgery, and Certificate in Prosthodontics at West Virginia University. Originally from Yerucham, Israel, Dr. Chertok was drawn to Colorado by its community and natural beauty. He lives in Lowry with his wife, Dahlia, and their children, Lielle, Noam, Ronen, and Asher, with baby #5 on the way. Outside the office, you’ll find him woodworking, road biking, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Timothy Chae, DMD

Dr. Timothy Chae is a prosthodontist who chose his specialty to help patients with complex, reconstructive needs. With a focus on implant and complex restorative dentistry, he brings both research-driven expertise and modern digital workflows to every treatment plan. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Syracuse University, Dr. Chae spent two years conducting bone endocrinology research at Massachusetts General Hospital while completing a post-baccalaureate program at Harvard. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh, where he also served as Treasurer of his graduating class. His continued research earned him a national 2018 AADR Student Research Fellowship. Dr. Chae completed a General Practice Residency at Stony Brook University Hospital and his Certificate in Prosthodontics at the University of Rochester, where his training emphasized implant and complex restorative dentistry using CAD/CAM workflows. Dr. Chae grew up in the DC metro area in Maryland and moved to Colorado in 2023. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, skiing, cooking, black-and-white photography, and taking in everything Colorado has to offer.
